Silk to DMC conversion charts question

Is there anyone that has a good conversion chart for Au Ver a Soie silk to DMC? I have some charts that I need AVAS silk for and they don't have a substitute DMC color for it and I rarely use silk threads.

Go to the Scarlett Letter site, click on search, type in conversion, download their free pdf chart for DMC/AVAS. :)
