Sewing machine, that's the fastest for me.

Can't be bothered to get my machine out.

First I use adhesive paper, but this damages the fabric. Now I overlap it.

I have never used Paper and now I am glad that I haven't. Thank You for letting me know.

I also use the Fray Chek or something similar to it.

I use medical silk tape and if it doesn't stay on the fabric, I backstitch it to stay.:)

It's usually found near band-aids, a white roll of tape.
