Does anyone meal prep? I started doing this last month to kickstart my weight loss. So this week's meals. Oatmeal, banana, chocolate chip muffin, lunch avocado tuna sandwich and apple, dinner chicken divan and salad, snacks pistachios and sweet potato, cheese crisps and cherries.
I prep meals all the time - mainly because i am too busy to cook/prepare something different every day - but I dont like to eat the same thing more than two days in a row.......................makes for a lot of work!
