[Finished Crafts] Meal Prep

Does anyone meal prep? I started doing this last month to kickstart my weight loss. So this week's meals. Oatmeal, banana, chocolate chip muffin, lunch avocado tuna sandwich and apple, dinner chicken divan and salad, snacks pistachios and sweet potato, cheese crisps and cherries.

I keep wanting to do this and/or once a month cooking.  I'm just sort of lazy =/ Gotta fix that.  I think getting started is the hardest part

I prep meals all the time - mainly because i am too busy to cook/prepare something different every day - but I dont like to eat the same thing  more than two days in a row.......................makes for a lot of work!:lol

It's been a little while. Has it helped you with your weight loss? It is a definite time saver.

It does when I do it. I have slacked for a couple of weeks now..smh...but I did lose weight doing this and it kept my hunger and cravings down. I tried to eat every 3-4 hours.  Details Reply Post time 2015-8-13 22:10

My daughter and set out to do this , But ended up having a day set aside to do a ton of freezer meals  to put in a slow cooker.
