It's been a little while. Has it helped you with your weight loss? It is a definite time saver.
It does when I do it. I have slacked for a couple of weeks now..smh...but I did lose weight doing this and it kept my hunger and cravings down. I tried to eat every 3-4 hours.

I need to lose about 100 lbs...and yes, it WAS helping...of course life got in the way and I haven't done it in awhile. I do plan to start it up again. I felt so much better eating all healthy foods.

good luck with your weight loss, how much weight are you planing to lose? has this plan helped?
