Know any technique to paint eyes directly in the face of amigurumis ... Is it advisable to paint or not?

When painting you can't avoid the crochet texture showing through. I use acrilic paints mixed with the fabric mixing medium. It makes the acrilic paint more flexible and allows to iron it to fix the paint (with a rice paper between project and iron). It also allows for precision when painting since it's quite similar to use an acrilic pain on other canvas

There are a few techniques. You can also use light colored markers (depending on marker type and yarn fiber) for lighter accents.

It depends on how fine your crocheting is. I've seen some who paint the eyes on a piece of cloth and then glue the cloth over the crochet.
