I have many kinds of knitting needles.
I love Clover bamboo interchangeable needles set - short tips - which are easy to use, smooth and light. Perfect for knitting shawl, sweater...
I love Aluminum needles for other purpose - knitting big cardigan for example.
I love double pointed needles - knitting hats, amigurumi...

I use the Boye aluminum ones that can be converted from straight needles to circular needles.

I use circulars for everything...I use nickle plated Addiclicks for the most part, I like that the needles & cords are interchangeable but I still like my regular aluminium circulars too ...I tried bamboo once but I wasn't too keen on them.
