uhmm! it´s so complicated. It is a dough made with flour, egg and water or milk, similar to pancakes. You have to cook it in olive oil which has been previously fried a typical spanish sausages ("longaniza" blanca y roja), bacon, garlic, bellpeppers and "ñoras" (dried peppers typical of southern Spain). The dough is cooked and stirred until dried and divided into crumbs. |
