100 grams of wheat flour
50 ml of cold water
125 ml of cold milk
1 egg
2 apples
1/2 lemon
Powder sugar
In a large bowl, stir together the flour with the water, milk and egg. Stir until smooth. Set aside for 15 minutes.
Remove the center of the apples, peel and cut in into thin slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a deep, heavy pot, heat the oil until it’s hot.
Dip the apple slices in the batter , remove and place in the pan.
Place them into the hot oil, and turn them as they need it until they are golden
Using a slotted spoon, transfer to paper towels to drain
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
