pc stitch help!

Hi, i have pc stitch disk. I updated it, but now it says I need user name and password to use it. Can anyone help?

Did you try just filling it in with your name and add your own password? If it was purchased the company will help you change your password and user name.

i tryed that, have spoken to the company and they said i have to buy it again...
