How to use Red Card

I'm struggling :-(  I purchased a red card and tried to put it on my space.  It says Gold Coins; Hidden; and I don't rememer the third item.  What gets filled in?  If it's "hidden" how does anyone find it?  It will not show up on my wall and it was yesterday I purcahsed it.  I wanted to share some of my gold coins with others on the site but obviously haven't a clue what I'm doing.  I tried to find a post to read about it but did not.

With the red card you can give someone coins, great idea.
Found it out last week.
