How do I upload patterns?

I have a few patterns I would love to share and would like to know how to upload. Is there a post with step by step instructions? I am still new and not sure if I am allowed to upload. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You should read the manual.  If I didn't have to go back and forth to see I would go through it with you, but they are many simple things.  You have to put in the image and the cover.
