Does recycle mean to throw away or to give to people

They move things to the "recycle" area if they are incorrectly posted.  I've not seen that term mentioned with regard to gift cards or "red" cards.  The word recycle itself means to reuse.

I want people who visit my site to get them but every time I click on them it asks if I want to recycle them

If you click on the gift card and you have some coins left you get the question return the enveloppe if you click on yes you get the coins back.

There must be something wrong. I don't see a card on your site or Sylvana's.  Check with a moderator, they can help

You cannot send someone a gift card, but you can send gold coins from your account to their  Go to account settings, points, transfer, fill in how many gold coins you want to give, to who its going to, your password and a little note.  I do it all the time
