Unable to download PDF files

Hi I have tried multiple times but am not able to download PDF files. I am being charged for them but am unable to access the file
Can anyone help please thankyou

What exactly do you mean by "unable to access the file"? is the link not visible or does downloaded file not open etc?

Hi Madcatter it says that the file is downloading then when I go to open it, it says file cannot be opened. Thankyou for your help Muffincat
