Does anyone have any tips about working with metallic and satin floss?  I've been using both of them in my current project and would appreciate any ideas about how to make them easier to work with!
Thanks.

Use shorter lengths as they will fray more than cotton.

Freezing metallic floss helps a little. Thread Heaven is also very useful. And as CraftyLouAnna said shorter lengths.

I knew about shorter lengths of floss but never thought of freezing the metallic floss. Clever idea that I'm going to have to try. Thanks to you and CraftyLou!  Post time 2018-4-13 10:48

Pasarlo en cera de abeja

I have beeswax. I'll give it a try and see if it works better than Thread Heaven. I've also discovered that getting the floss damp with water works wonders.  Post time 2018-4-14 08:21
