Question about uploading a pattern

So I just uploaded a pattern and I think the window opened up and said something about a moderator having to look at it. So does the pattern post have to be checked by a moderator before it shows up in the pattern download section? And if so, how long does it take before people can see it? Thanks

It does go through moderation. Once a moderator looks at it and makes sure it's not a duplicate, is clear and complete it's released for members to download. It normally takes a day or so for the process. So its a good idea to search the forum first to make sure what you're sharing isn't already here. If it is the moderators will not accept your share and it will be recycled.  :-)
