This also a meal salad, my own version and low calories.
I leave this time the hard boiled egg away, and the croutons, if you like that, put it in.
You see not all the ingrediënts but there are in the bowl.
Recipe:
Mixed lettuce or what you like.
Cooked Chicken, little pinch of salt. ( that's my favorite ).
Half cucumber in pieces, with skin for the vitamins and crisp.
Carrots rasp it, as much as you like it.
One paprika in pieces, red, or yellow, they are sweeter, I had a yellow.
One sweet apple with skin, in pieces.
One hard boiled egg or more in parts.
Old cheese rasp it or other cheese what you like. ( not everyone likes old cheese. )
This time no dressing, the taste is better without it.
PS: If you want it, look at my other salad for the dressing, or you can use oil what you like.
