Author Comments for Bounty

In Bounty it says that only the Author can see comments. But I published a Bounty and I can't see the replies. And know others have said the same. So my question is: Who does get to see the Replies and how can you set the Best Answer when you can't read what people are saying? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Only author of the reply (and moderators) can see it.
