Rating - Don\'t miss your chance every day to increase the rating of other members

I can't work out how to do the rate thing.  Is it the little 'dot' that says 'rate' next to it in orange?  When I click that nothing happens.  
On my control panel it has the 'what you can do at lvl 1' list and there is a X next to the rate option.  What am I doing wrong?

under the link "Copy this page share address" you can see "Favorites", "Rate", "Share", ...



in all others posts - at the bottom right


By clicking on "Rate" you will see




You're right, in "Settings" Lv.1 you see "x" next to the 'Space About" -> "Rate" option (is not allowed for Lv.8 too),
but "Post related permissions" -> "Allow to rate by range" is allowed.

Thank you so much!  I'd never have worked it out on my own.  I've been here a couple of years and still everything seems quite complicated to me.

I always do it whenever I can.  If I don´t do it is because I´m not at home.  Thanks puppy
