My Lovely GFs Birthday Card

Hi all here is my latest finish,



this is the card I made my for girlfriends birthday last friday :)

stitched on 14 count aida, using the free kit from a cross stitch magazine. The mount is actually the card blank that came with the kit. Added onto a larger white card blank, some shiny luxury pink patterned paper from K and Co, some white lace trim from a market stall and some prima pink roses. I also added some flat back pearls to the card mount and beads the centre of the cross stitch flowers. In total it took me 9 hours :)
