Finished today, Birthday cards and owls (Valerie Pfeiffer)

Hi, so pleased to have finished 3 projects yesterday. The Scrabble card is for my Mums birthday tomorrow, the Cupcake Queen is for my second granddaughters 3rd birthday on 2nd December and the the owls are Three Little Maids from Heritage by Valerie Pfeiffer. The owls were my first real attempt (apart from some small card projevcts) at stitching on evenweave. I stitched one over one because it has to go into a small frame. Its for my husbands Auntie who lives in a special care home for the disabled and she has very little space.

Yikes !! just seen a rogue stitch in the close up. Couldnt see it before. The downside of close up photography, I will go back & try to push it back in a little. No-one will notice !!??:(

Also noticed a few missing stitches, that is what comes of finishing at night in artificial lights I never noticed even with my magnifying glasses :Q
