For those asking for a tutorial, after a year, I am not sure the original poster is interested in making one.However Mayu_xp post[# 34 on here and on page 3] and her tutorial in Spanish on her blog is how these pins were made.Simply use Google Translate or another translator and the web site address and poof Mayu_xp post will be in your language and you can also have pins like this.There is also a tutorial on the web for using different products if you google it.One I ran into uses craft clay you bake.I used How to make decorative pins as my search. You can include straight pins or hat pins to expand your search.
Her explanation is clear and easy when I translated it into English. I didnt try French since English is my primary language.
