Where do you buy the phone cases to stitch on? Id love to do this for my phone!

You can find phone cases on ebay for less than $10 plus shipping, or ones with colours/patterns for a bit more :D

I bought mine at RedHearts online store, they offer cases for both iphone 4/4s and 5.They say on their website that some JoAnn fabrics store carry the case, but I was not able to find one in the store near me.

Another choice is this, their case seems to have smaller grid, more close to the Aida cloth.

I think there are quite a few other choices online too.

You can make your own with a clear plastic case and fabric/canvas. weelittlestitchescrossstitch dot blogspot dot com and search for stitch your own cell phone case
