It’s like a rainbow explosion that just keeps growing, no matter how many projects you finish! I find organizing mine by color families makes everything easier—you know, reds with reds, blues with blues—kind of like a mini art supply store at your fingertips. Some folks swear by floss organizers with bobbins and numbered slots, while others just keep theirs in clear plastic drawers or even those craft storage boxes with little compartments. If you’re anything like me, you might have a few “special occasion” skeins you’re saving for the perfect project (or maybe just hoarding because they’re so pretty). Whatever system you choose, having your floss collection neat and accessible saves time and keeps you inspired—because who doesn’t love pulling out that perfect shade at just the right moment, especially during those rare, quiet stitching times?

wonderful organization! :) isnt it so much easier to pull the threads you need for a project the way you have them?

I had mine like that since I started stitching. seeing all the boxes of floss always makes me feel so rich in stash ;P enjoy your floss and great work on your neat and orderly stash! :)
