The pinhead stitch is great. Especially for isolated stitches and confetti.Never used it to end a stitch though.

I use this method for isolated confetti stitches.Im going to try using it to start stitching when I cant use the loop method.

I use the pin stitch for ending threads all the time. Once you repeat the motion a few times and learn the process, it is very easy.
