Mothers Day & Daughters Birthday Cards. :)

Hey all!

These are some late posts, as I forgot to take pics of these when these were done, but I finally borrowed them back so I could snap a few pics.:)One of these I absolutely love, the other I think is just okay.But still, had to brag a little at my small projects.

The first one given was for my Mother.I had to stitch her something up for Moms Day, naturally!Sadly, I dont really like how the stitching came out, but I think everything else around it saved it, even if just a little.:)I do wish I would have seen another pattern before settling on this one.

Anyhow, I put this one on cream colored paper, with a fork-tied bow in sheer blue and purple organza ribbon.She did like it, though, and put it on display with all of her other Mothers Day gifts, and even mentioned to my sister how much she liked it.

The second card I made was for my daughters birthday.She (though I dont know how!) turned 15!One year away from driving, and very much looking like someone 2 or 3 years older than she is.So scary, sometimes!

But I remember when I was carrying her raising a few gerber daisy flowers in the community house I lived in.I always thought it was cute the name of the flowers considering I was a few months from having her.So when I saw this pattern, I knew I had to give her a few daisies, too!

Anyhow, these are the cards I have to brag on today!I have 3 more to share for Fathers Day, and a few other get well cards to share from another event.But for now, these are what I have pics on.I hope youve enjoyed!And, hope I didnt bore you to tears.xD
