Hello, I have already reported my problem via the report-button in the thread, but received no response.
I have been trying several times (even at different times) to download the following instructions for several days:

The download starts very slowly each time and then stops. :(
Each time the file is only 140 kb in size and incomplete. I do not feel like trying any further.

We have some technical issues on our site last 5-6 days... Some users faced with "download failed " error like you. But our tech team defined the problem and they working on it... It will fix as soon as possible.
