There’s a problem on the system - I can’t download either - if you look on Freetalk Forum you will find many are having the same problem.I understand this fault is being investigated - we just have to be patient!Apparently this works:-
press the right mouse button, and open the purchase or file in a new tab ... and in the new tab press Buy and download the file.
Doesn’t work for me though as I use an iPad! :(:

Hi Turquoise - No it is definitely not fixed.For the last 3 daysI have not been able to download anything - I use an iPad - I think maybe it will work for those who use a pc or laptop. Can you advise members if this is being looked at with a view to fixing please?
