Embroidery scissors recommendations, anyone?

i've recently taught myself Hardanger embroidery, which requires a lot of fine scissorwork. And I'm finding my current embroidery scissors just aren't cutting it (pardon the pun). Can anyone recommend a good brand of scissors for this type of work?FYI, I live in Canada, but of course can order worldwide online. Thanks in advance :)

I love my Dovo scissors for hardanger...they have a nice sharp tip and are razor sharp. :D

Try out a pair of fiskars at Michaels....... use them in the store and decide.I have a cheap pair of stork scissors and they work better than some of my more expensive ones that I have.   Go and give them a try, just make sure the blades line up nicely and find yourself a good professional to sharpen your current pair.   They even tighten the screws and make sure they are perfect before giving them back to you.

For hardanger I used a surgical scissor called Iris scissors, its not a brand its a type of scissor with very fine pointy blades
