CCN Frosty Forest - Bluebird Cabin Trinket Box

This is my first time posting a finished stitch! I did start it in December but had to put it to one side because of health problems. When I did finish it, I decided to turn it into a trinket box. This is the first time Ive ever done one, so the wadding is a little bumpy and the fabric is a little skewed (I think I spent several hours trying to get it straight and this was the best I could manage...

I used 32ct zweigart in Pearl Grey (my first time using evenweave, quite tricky), some jute twine and some grey and white paper ribbon after painting an unfinished pine bo white. There is plenty of room for improvement! The pattern is Country Cottage Needleworks Bluebird Cabin from their Frosty Forest collection.

The watermark is from my cross stitch and drawing blog, www.artfromapril.blogspot.com if anyone would like a peek. Im very new to cross stitch!
