First, thanks for your comment and rating!
For quite a while, I did projects with only 3 different fabrics: 2 prints and a neutral. It takes a while to be able to mix match various fabrics. I have seen nice quilts where they use many many varieties (and I am not talking about scrap quilts!). Recently, I cut a 3" square of all my fabrics, when I am starting a new projects, I get all these square out (easier than getting metres upon metres of fabric out!) and I try various combination. Dont be discourage, because this step can take a full evening. But it is time well spent, so that you do not regret your choice, hours and hours of work later!
