Thank you so much for taking the time to share this technique! I dont mind sewing kitchener stitch, but its hard to control the tension and have the sewn stitches look the same as the surrounding knit stitches. This looks like it produces a superior result!

This is using the same yarn movement but using knitting needle instead of sewing needle. Thanks for sharing!
