Abbreviations
k = Knit p + purl
Travelling stitch to the left = Insert right-hand needle through the back of the second stitch on left-hand needle, wind yarn round needle and draw through a loop. Knit the first stitch on left-hand needle and allow both stitches to drop off the needle together.
Travelling stitch to the right = Knit next 2 stitches together and leave on left-hand needle. Insert right-handle needle between the two stitches just worked and knit stitch again. Allow both stitches to drop off the needle together

R3: Purl
R4: K2, * LT, K2, RT, K2, rep from * to end.
