When to put beads into the design?
Hi all! Another question here :)When do i stitch on the beads if the surrounding has stitches? Should i stitch the square first before adding the bead on top so that it will show up more or stitch the beads as i would a cross stitch?
Should i stitch the same colour as the surrounding stitches or use invisible thread?
Thanks!

I think it easier to stitch first before adding beads because harder to stitch when bead is in the way. With beads can use the same color thread like the fabric for lonely beads or the same color like bead for beads together.
I also found http://www.pindiy.com/thread-2616-1-1.html . Maybe can help?
Following this thread Thanks for the info! Oh, timing those beads in your project is a bit like knowing when to add the sprinkles on your baby’s birthday cake—too early, and they might get lost; too late, and it feels like an afterthought! Generally, I like to add beads toward the very end of stitching, once all the regular embroidery or cross-stitch is done. That way, you can see exactly where the beads will shine best without getting tangled in the middle of stitching. Plus, adding beads last means less risk of snagging your yarn or floss while working, which is a lifesaver when you’re juggling baby naps and stitch time. But hey, if your pattern calls for it or you’re feeling adventurous, sometimes stitching beads as you go works too—just be patient and keep your hands steady (or bribe your little one with extra cuddles!). Either way, beads bring that extra sparkle that makes your project truly pop!
