I had a very hard time with the usm and took it back. There may be a learning curve. I got something similar to a singer lk100 and it works great for me. Good luck to you.

The knitting machine is very fast but the new machines are not simple to learn. The machine requires different techniques against the knitting with needles and hands. The new machines are much more different and similar to the computer!! So different is the knitting machines from many nails. I remember the nail knitting machines from many years ago. Thank you for returning a memory to me! I wish you luck with the knitting machine you buy.
