i've seen the knitpro cubics recently. i haven't actually tried them myself but I can imagine it'd feel almost similar to holding a pencil in the way the edges sort of press into your fingers. idk I can see how over time it could be less comfortable than the rounded surface of a regular needle

I bought a set years ago when they first came out. I liked them okay, but didn't notice much of a difference and I went back to using round needles. I'm a younger knitter without any hand/wrist/arm issues, though, so maybe it really does make a difference for people who are older or have health issues. I probably wouldn't buy them again unless I had difficulty knitting and I was trying to find a way to keep doing my hobby.
