Its lovely and soft, but very slippery. I wouldnt use it for socks, but a jumper with bamboo needles is fine.

bamboo yarn.. It's wonderful, very easy to crochet, very cool in the summer, it's very soft and feels great on your skin. I highly recommend it.

I like it for summer, but it is very drapey and will stretch out, so keep that in mind for garments.
