There are 5 different type of stitches involved - cross stitch, Bargello stitch, quarter stitch, back stitch and satin stitch

I used 18 count Aida and all cross stitches are done with DMC 3 threads over one. I tried two, but I like the fullness and richness with 3 strands instead of the recommended two. I dont like, when the fabric is showing in between the stitches.
