recipe please?

Heres the recipe:

300 gr. manitoba flour
250 gr. flour 00
1 egg
125 gr. white yogurt
120 gr. milk
80 gr. sugar
40 gr. oil
1 sachet of dried bakers yeast

Dissolve yeast in warm milk.
Mix the flour in a bowl and than add milk with melted yeast. Begin to knead adding yogurt, egg, sugar and oil until it forms a ball.
Let rise (covered in the bowl) until the dough is doubled (about 3 hours).
Than take back it and roll out your dough. Cut into wedges and roll up to form the croissants. Place them on a baking plate (covered with baking paper) and sprinkle with milk. So let rise an other hour.
Than bake in preheated oven at 220° C for 15 minutes.
