Awww, thank you so much, this was my first time with this kind of bread.
My best tips are to make sure the water you add is lukewarm, not too hot or cold and that you give the dough a good amount of time to double in size :D.
I also place a tray of water in the oven to build up some steam which helps crispen the bread and once its cooked, turn it over and knock on the bottom, if it sounds hollow it should be great :D.
