Actually the admins are very helpfull. Best is , take your time and read as much on the forums as you can.   What spacecadet told you pretty much sums it all up. Even on level 1 there is alot of restrictions.

takes time and seems complicated at first. just keep on commenting and sharing and eventually you level up
