Ive knit this hat and its pretty easy and adorable too!

This hat is a simple beanie, knit in the round from the bottom up in two colors of yarn and embellished with fun twirls that are crocheted separately and attached to the top. The instructions are written for a pink hat, but can be easily reversed to make a brown one.
