Wow - its been so long ago, I really dont remember.Something more than a couple of days, and less than a week, probably.The leaves and acorns have to be sewn on separately, and as I recall, that took more time than I expected, but the rest went fairly quickly.Also, dont bother trying to stuff this thing - use a pillow form and save yourself a LOT of time and heartache.
