У меня при скачивании файла zip снимаются золотые монетки, но сам архив при этом не открывается, пишет поврежден. А открываются только файлы pdf. В чем причина?

I have bought patterns in the past without trouble, but recently I bought one and it will not download. I see the file in "ibooks", but no matter how many times I click on the link to download nothing happens.A new window appears to open, closes, and then nothing.This seems to have affected all my purchased files as I cannot re-download them either.Could anyone help or offer a solution.

Я приобрела схему Bucilla Heirloom Collection HD 45460 Roses.xsd. Голдкоины 199 списались. Но схема не скачивается, снова требует оплаты.

Дело не в браузере, и настройки меняла и браузеры другие пробовала. Ничего не скачивает, требует снова оплатить. Другие схемы скачиваются. А эта нет.
