I am also having the same problem.My user name is anew but it will not let me log in at all so I have registered a new user name being anew1 but this does not allow me to download or upload.Please help

I am SERIOUSLY upset. This is MINE!!! IT WAS STOLEN!! I made two post questions. One about an incomplete pattern and one on how to download. I had to be told to get a file opener to open the files.
