Hi!
A week ago I had over 15000 gold coins. The day after it was 0 gold coins + 50 for logging.

I try to write but maybe to the wrong place. No help.
I bought them at the beginning, around 3 years ago.
Please help me. It’s seems so pathetic to have this kind of situation here.

Thanks for the info.I logged in just fine but,

I was in the process of purchasing a pattern and got this message "Sorry, your account or IP address is banned, you can not access the site."
Not sure if changing my password will end this problem.
The coins were subtracted but no pattern downloaded.How do I fix this problem and obtain the pattern I paid or?
