Everybody Hourly Bonus not working?

Is this happening to anyone else, or just me? I have the level 2 bonus working, but not the everybody hourly bonus.

Just a system glitch?

Sometimes it is hiding in awaiting tasks, that happens to me sometimes. Hope it helps :)

Mine has not been working for days. I get the daily bonus but the hourly task is always unavailable.
