The instructions for webbing in-between the octopus tentacles in not included, unless Im blind, is it included in the original pdf?

Either very bad translation or fake pattern. The instructions are very different than the original Russian (http://www.pindiy.com//forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=392286&fxuid=9593&diytg=9593&posttime=1614128546). No phase photos in this one that should demonstrate how to do the body (apparently this version makes stripes, and the original makes spirals), the webbing between the tentacles are missing, body assembly/wiring instructions are missing.
