East end in progress

Hello
Im starting East end and I am trying to do it with Katia Cotton Cashmere....I am doing 38inch size and I am really not sure is going to be the right size and I would like to know if somebody knows this yarn and this model and if you could give me any suggestion. Thanks in advance.
