CANT DOWNLOAD!!

ive downloaded over 300 charts since joining so I do know how, but this chart refuses to work for me.
when i click the link and click SAVE, it will only save as a text doc.
when i click OPEN, it either doesnt d/l completely or it does and wont open.
when i check my Downloads file and click on it, it asks what program i want to use to open it with.
I am VERY frustrated and will appreciate any help,

When it asks you what programme you want to use to open have you tried to select PDF? Apologies if you already have. Thanks for your time and suggestion, but pdf is not offered. :)
The chart is labled as a pdf and those usually open automatically once downloaded, but not this one.<sigh> I tried to download this pdf and I succeeded :D
But it took a long, long, loooooooooong time. And its only 2 pages ;P (4,61 Mb)
Did you wait long enough?
If it still doesnt download try to update your Adobe reader. Dont know if it will help (itsactually to open pdfs). Thank you for your time and suggestion, someone PMd and talked me through it and the chart is now mine!!
