Incomplete transaction

It was paid for then I got a message saying about 0 an -30. Im still inthe green. This is the 2nd time this has happened this week.
Is there a way to be refunded so I can download the pattern?

This is a paid thread. The first click paid the member who shared. Try clicking a second time and you should get your pattern. The total cost for that pattern is 80 Diamonds. The first 50 coins goes to the member that posted it and the second 30 coins is the download fee that goes to the forum. Every single thread you download will cost the 30 diamonds (unless its a Cross Stitch Repaint which is more). Its helpful to remember too that if one is looking at a magazine or something with more than one file the 30 coins is for each file and can add up quite quickly.
